Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To return an item, please bring it to the store from which it was originally purchased. Returns and replacements cannot be processed online. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
Replacement
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement for another item of the same or nearly the same value. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-returnable items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:
Custom-made items
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
